Gamay, Brouilly, Bottle £21
Brouilly is one of the 10 “Crus” of Beaujolais (the largest and most southerly). We are not talking weak and weary light bodied rubbish here: this wine shows concentrated sweet fruits, strawberry with spice and a floral edge. An absolute delight, and enjoy with Pork and our lovely cheeses.
